Lifetime Full Warranty Details
ProLight Aesthetic LED- Phototherapy Devices are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the ProLight LED Phototherapy Device. The Lifetime Full Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and the device must have been purchased from an authorized distributor.
If the product should become defective or require servicing during the warranty period, please contact ProLight Aesthetics Customer Support department by email, or in writing at the address listed below. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges( shipping to our office and for shipping back to customer ). ProLight Aesthetics reserves the right to replace the device with a similar or substantially similar device that is then available.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by:
Abuse, misuse, alteration or accidental damage.
Unauthorized servicing or taking apart the device.
Use with unauthorized accessories.
Use with incorrect power supply other than one specifically designed for the device.
Any condition beyond the control of the manufacturer.
ProLight Aesthetics shall not be responsible for any incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition. Buyer should let ProLight Aesthetics know immediately, within 24 hours, if products arrive damaged or incorrect product was received by emailing: Rita@prolightaesthetics.com. Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged product is received back at Page Advanced Aesthetics-ProLight. All products damaged in shipping must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to Page Advanced Aesthetics. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.

If you have unintentionally entered in incorrect shipping/billing information please immediately contact Customer Support at: Rita@prolightaesthetics.com or call 1.702-245-4842. ProLight Aesthetics will not assume responsibility if an incorrect or wrong shipping address is given to us for shipping.
We ship all orders to the billing address that is provided on the order. We do not ship to a different address from the billing address. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on orders shipped.
If you provide an incorrect or old address with your order and the package ends up being returned to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to have the package re-shipped to your updated/correct address, as the incorrect address would not be our fault . If the package ends up lost, damaged or stolen in transit as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
We also will not assume responsibility for time-in-transit damage due to address errors.
Return /Exchange Policy
Buyer understands and agrees that returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized.
ProLight Aesthetics will gladly refund the purchase price, less shipping/processing, for all ProLight LED Light device returns received within 60(sixty) days from the date of original order date( as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of original order date( as printed on your packing slip),
ProLight LED Technology Return/Exchange Policy
For health and safety reasons, it is our policy to charge a 20% service fee if the returned ProLight LED Light device original sealed packaging storage container and/or sealed protection device bag have been opened and/or if the device has been used. If the ProLight LED Light device original sealed packaging storage container and/or sealed protection device bag and/or has not been used and is not opened(brand new, never used), the 20% service fee does not apply.
ProLight LED Technology received in our Returns Department after 60 days from the date of original order date( as printed on your packing slip) will be returned to the customer at their expense .
ProLight Aesthetics Educational DVDs and/or Educational Videos Return/Exchange Policy
You may return any DVD or Video, provided the item is STILL UNOPENED (with all seals unbroken and shrink wrap still intact) and in it's original condition/packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE. Defective DVDs & Videos will be exchanged for the EXACT same DVD or Video.

Before returning any merchandise/product, Buyer must first contact ProLight Aesthetics by email at: email@example.com, to request a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer must enclose the RMA Number, original invoice/packing slip with the merchandise and return it to ProLight Aesthetics, as instructed on the RMA Number Instructions, by prepaid insured shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of returned product, refund or exchange options will be provided, subject to the discretion of ProLight Aesthetics.
Buyer agrees that the authorized return must be post marked within the 60 day return period from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice/packing slip. If the return is not post-marked within the 60 day return period, any return received will be refused and returned to the buyer.
Buyer understands and agrees to waive any refund if merchandise/product is returned without RMA Number-prior authorization. Buyer understands and agrees that simply shipping product/merchandise without RMA Number-prior authorization provided by ProLight Aesthetics and/or its distributors DOES NOT entitle Buyer to a refund or exchange.
This guarantee is subject to the condition that the product/merchandise has not been subject to unauthorized repair or abuse. All returns must include the original receipt/packing slip, RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization Number, and be returned in the original packaging with device and accessories. If you paid for your order by credit card or by PayPal, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement as Page Advanced Skin Care. Allow 7 business days for your return refund to be processed.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping/handling charges.
Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping/handling charges. Allow 7 business days for your return refund to be processed.
All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to. If you paid by personal check, you will be refunded by company personal check.
Preparing your package for return:
Box up the device, manual, and accessories in the original packaging, please include:
Include a copy of your invoice, RMA Number, and your phone number.
Your name and address as well as a contact phone number and/or email address.
We recommend that you ship your return using UPS, Federal Express, or other courier that offers a tracking number. All return packages must be insured for the purchase amount.
Your return must be post marked within the 60 day return period from the date of purchase as shown on your packing slip. If the return is not post-marked within the 60 day return period, any return received will be refused and returned to the buyer.

Sales Tax Information
ProLight Aesthetics® is required by Florida law to charge Florida residents 7% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of Florida. All orders shipped outside of Florida are not taxable. All prices listed are US currency.
We ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping methods/rates. International buyers may have to pay customs/duty/VAT fee's. ProLight Aesthetics does not charge these fee's nor collects these fee's. These fee's are imposed by your specific country and not the United States of America. Please check with your individual country's requirements.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email order confirmation notice. Your order is still pending credit card approval. Since ProLight Aesthetics is a manufacturer and not a retail store or warehouse, we cannot ship the same day. All web orders will ship within five business days from Orlando, Florida. We only ship orders to the billing address provided on the order.
Once your credit card has been processed and authorized, you will receive an email providing your shipping tracking information. Please make sure to check your email spam box if you do not find this email.
